Report a fault to maintenance

In the event of faults and problems with the apartment, we primarily recommend making an electronic fault report. In urgent fault situations, such as water damage, sewer blockages and electrical faults, call the maintenance company of your own residential building.


Electronic maintenance request

With the electronic form, you can leave a non-urgent maintenance request to the maintenance company.

  • First select your own address from the destination list and then the apartment.
  • Describe the fault and the need for maintenance on the form, you can also attach pictures if necessary.
  • Fill in the sections of the form carefully and send the form.
  • You will receive a link to the e-mail address you provided, through which you can follow the progress of the report.
